It's dead simple

  You may create a Post under "Share a Post". The content can be categorized and shared with a target group of people by country.

  All the shared Posts will be appeared on the Wall in the middle. The comments associated with each post can be viewed and voted. You too can comment on any Post anonymously.

  The Posts display can be filtered using the filters under "Filter Posts display" section. These filters are to view Posts of your interests.
